We're putting our Javelins, Shotputs, and Discus away in the bunker so you can put your picnic blankets and chairs on the field to enjoy
a casual evening with friends. 

The Club will fire up the BBQ, put up a few decorations, and prepare the Christmas table. Soft drinks to quench your thirst and icy poles for dessert will be available. Your offerings of salads, desserts, and other delicious fare for the Valley Feast are gratefully accepted. 

It wouldn't be a Christmas Picnic if Santa couldn't come - so he will pop by to spread some cheer. Carols will be piped out from the PA. 
We love to enjoy the other talents of our athletic community, so if you can sing or dance, let us know, and we'll give you an audience. 

What about a raffle? Yep, we'll organise one of those, too. We'd appreciate your donations of anything big or small for the hampers. 
Please give your donations to Lyn or another DVAC committee member at AVSL or training. Little Athletics Families can bring donations to the 
canteen on Saturday, December 7th. Tickets will be sold on the night, or you can buy one or two at the checkout when you RSVP.
